Jennifer Arends is a serious endurance athlete that has competed in Ironmans, half Ironmans, Ultras, marathons (including Boston, Chicago, New York and Paris) half marathons and every other distance for triathlons and running. She is a 4 time Boston Marathon qualifier and qualified for the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships for 2014 and 2015. She is a Road Runners Club of America certified running coach as well as a USAT Level 1 certified triathlon coach. She has coached and trained athletes at all levels of fitness and for many different distances. As a business owner and mother of 3 children she understands the demands of life and training.
Rose has a tremendous amount of triathlon experience and accomplishments. Rose began competing in triathlons in the early 1980's. Her first endurance event was the World's Toughest in Lake Tahoe in 1990. Winning her age group at that event proved to be the first in a long line of achievements. Some of these achievements include a 2009 Ironman World Championship age group Champion, 2010 Ironman World Championship 3rd place age group winner and 2014 Ironman Maryland age group champion where Rose again earned her spot to the Ironman World Championship 2015. Rose was also USA Triathlon All American 2005-2011. These successes have given her the experience and insight to help guide many of her athletes to record personal bests in sprint to iron distance races.
Elizabeth Wingard began running at the age of 30 and has since completed 9 marathons (4 time Boston qualifier) including the Boston marathon in 2012 . She has also competed in countless half marathons, 10K, 8K and 5K races. She has coached groups and individuals from the beginner 5k distance all the way up to the marathon distance. In addition to coaching runners Elizabeth does one on one and group wellness and nutrition coaching though her own business Healthy Balance For Life. Elizabeth is a busy mom of three girls and she can help you design a running plan that will fit into your lifestyle and get a PR at the same time. In addition, she offers her expertise in nutrition to help with optimal performace and overall healthy lifestyle. She is a certified running coach through the Road Runner Club of America.
