Jennifer Arends, Founder and Head Coach of Hub Coaching, spent many years coaching and helping friends reach their running and triathlon goals. In 2014, Jennifer finally took the plunge and turned her love of all things fitness, running and triathlon into a full-time job instead of a hobby and created HUB Fitness and Coaching. More than anything, she loves seeing her athletes successes whether they are new to the sport or a seasoned athlete. Jennifer especially enjoys working with busy women who are in the sport or want to begin participating in running or triathlon. As a business owner and mother of 3 children, she understand the demands of life and training. Empowering women to realize taking care of themselves is as important as taking care of their families is one of her life goals.
